Good Dog Paw Salve Product Review: Moonsnail products are great. Not only are they locally made on Prince Edward Island, they are 100% all natural. As any dog owner, we are always concerned about salt on Goose’s paws in the winter time. We try to avoid sidewalks throughout the winter as much as we possibly can however when we have to walk on them, we take extra care of our dogs paws. Goose’s paws do quite well in the cold, however, when it’s really cold we apply a thin layer of the paw salve before the walk and afterwards. This stuff is great. Even though Goose can be a bit stubborn when applying things to his paws, it’s worth the fight to put on this salve. It keeps his paws smooth, soft, and moisturized so they don’t dry out and get chapped and irritated. And since it’s all-natural, there’s no concern when he licks his paws as we know there’s no harsh chemicals in the product.

Remember:

1. apply a small amount of salve before your walk.
2. rinse your dogs feets post-walk if they have come into contact with any salt.
3. re-apply a small amount of salve.
