RUFFWEAR Roamer Leash Product Review: This leash has been great. We have had to replace it once because the stretch got totally worn out of the first one but we loved it enough to buy a second. This is the perfect waist-worn leash, I perfer it over the Flat Out. Because there’s a stretch to it there’s some give when it’s around your waist. The dog will sort of bungee back if he pulls out too far. It’s also a great length for running with your dog with it around your waist. Highly recommended.
